The Human Resources Institute (HRI) collaborates with human resources professionals across the globe to uphold the standards of professionalism in our industry by acknowledging their qualifications and ensuring the attainment of a specific level of knowledge.

Our Certified Human Resources International Specialist (CHRIS) designation is bestowed upon HR professionals who possess the expertise to manage expatriates, diverse workforces, or international assignments. Upon successful completion of our EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) and Multicultural course, HRI members holding their homeland professional memberships become eligible to pursue our prestigious CHRIS designation, unlocking exclusive privileges and recognition. Please click HERE to check if your membership qualifies you to become a CHRIS.

Holders of the CHRIS designation demonstrate to employers their competence as HR professionals capable of effectively managing diverse ethnic groups across various countries.

To maintain your CHRIS designation, professionals must maintain continuous membership with HRI in good standing, which includes agreeing to abide by the HRI’s Code of Ethics and the professional rules and regulations issued by their homeland professional bodies.

For detailed information on the CHRIS Designation, please contact us. We will be happy to help you navigate the process of becoming a CHRIS. Click Here to check if an individual is a CHRIS or not.
