Membership in HRI is highly valued and represents a significant level of achievement and experience in the field of human resources. HRI membership is only awarded to individuals who can demonstrate their knowledge of dispute resolution and have accredited experience in the field. Our members are recognized as experts in their respective fields and are held to the highest standards of professionalism.

To become a member of HRI, individuals must understand and demonstrate their expertise in HR management. As a member of HRI, you will be entitled to many benefits, including access to our network of accredited mediators, the latest information on mediation practices and techniques, and our professional development programs. We also offer members the opportunity to waive their membership fees if they are a member of a qualifying organization.

Membership is through invitation only, but we welcome all qualified professionals to join us as members and apply for the CHRIS designation. Please contact us for the process.
